Ceremonial cacao (cacao paste) is packed with essential minerals, antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds, making it the perfect way to start your day as a coffee alternative.

This product has been pre-shaved for your convenience. 

100% Organic Ceremonial Grade Cacao (Criollo)

  1. Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling. 
  2. Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender.
  3. Add 80-120ml of milk.
  4. Add 1 tsp honey to sweeten (other options include coconut sugar or maple syrup).
  5. Add 100-150ml of hot water.
  6. Blend for 10s or until frothy.
